make sure you have the right shades of foundation and make sure to blend it well or you will have a makeup line on the side of your face
Always moisturize before applying foundation, bronzer, etc.
If you want to plump up your lips use a liner than a stain and lipstick or gloss.
Here's a few:

-Use a bronzer as blush...then take a light pink blush and contour below and above where you applied the bronzer...its an amazing highlighting tool

-To make your eyes pop and stand out in a good way, apply one coat of black mascara, then apply one coat of a deep blue violet mascara over top...sounds weird but trust me your eyes will look amazing

-If the foundation you bought doesn't quite match, mix a dab of moisturizer with your foundation and apply for a flawless finish
Never use liquid foundation because it causes acne, don't wear a lot of eyeliner or mascara (cause that is tacky) and don't wear a ton of blush!
Eye shadow adds a sexy look to your face wtih they eye liner and mascara of course...so when applying eye shadow try putting 3 colors over your eye...first underneath your eyebrow always put white to bring out the shape of your eye brow then apply a dark shade of color in the crease of ur eyelid like for instance a dark brown then a light brown or almost a golden brown on ur eye lid, over ur eye, then after u apply them get a large brush and just run it across ...and BAM...u got a hottt eye shadow base.... or try it in the black shades....SexC
Try new things! Different colored eyeshadow/eyeliner

Avon has really cheap/great quality products youravon.com/rgradinscak
If you have drie skin dont use a powdery foundations with talc in it, it makes you look dry
to cover up bags under your eyes put zuchinie!!! and then eat it!
when putting on mascara start from the base of the eyelashes making sure to cover the entire eyes lash. also, when applying anything to your eyes, open your mouth about an inch and stick your tongue out a little. this will help to keep you from blinking. it sounds weird, and i don't know how it works, but it does. i do it every time i put my makeup on.
don't use super magnifying mirrors except for plucking because no one can see whats in the mirror anyway.
mirrors from ikea suck! it makes you look like you have less blemishes, makes you look thinner.

so make sure to take a picture [in good lighting] to see how you really look. unless you forsure have a good mirror. mirrors now a days are skajdhfksdjhfjks!
I use eyeshadow as eyeliner. Invest in a good eyeliner brush. The best are very stiff and angled. Using a shadow as a liner is better because it's easier to blend, the powder doesn't fade or smear, and you have more room in your make-up bag because you aren't getting lost in a million pencils and sharpeners! Also, never wet the brush, like some people will tell you to. I like to layer it on, because you can always add more, but when you're in a rush it takes a bit of work to start all over!
Don't be afraid to experiment! While having a natural look or signature look can be good, push your comfort zone a little. You may find a new look that goes fabulously with your skin tone, eye color, etc.

Learn how to contour, especially on your cheeks.

Sometimes less is more. Makeup is meant to enhance your beauty, not cover your features.
do your makeup in good lighting
If when you straighten your hair and its frizzy (no matter how many non-frizz products youve tried) straigten your hair before u go to bed and sleep on a satin pillow - wake up to improved hair

Always apply 2 coats of nail polish - looks so much better

When you wash your face follow this - hot (not warm) water rinse, cleaser, then cold water - reduces shine/oil
Always try to moisturize before you put on consealer.

While puting you consealer on (if its wet consealer) then if you pat it on rather than rub it on you blemished spots, it will cover up your blemish better.

Bronzer is great for going to school and the mall to look cute =D
neutral eye shadows bring out any eye color
Lipstick is good.
MINE TIP is to use phebo soap. made in brasil..

also use vasaline...its a girls best friend after water./
to make your eye look bigger put a white liner (not to thick) on the inner lid.
