i have big big problem to reach some thing i found it online japanes site regarding lady use something she put in her eyes like gum stick on the side and then she push by some smal like pine after that she have very beautyful eye styel
to more undertsnd for area that she put on , when put your eye makeup or try to close you eyes above Eyelash ? i dont know
what is it in english !

I think you mean the sticker they put on eyelid to make the eyes look bigger. It's just a thin piece of clear sticker...
