foundation- buy one formulated for your skin type
-best for oily skin- loreal visable lift
-best for dry skin- rimmel london renew and lift
-foundation is a tricky one to recommend because everyones skin reacts differently. i break out easily from foundations but you might not. really just shop around and see what works best for you.
concealer- loreal true match
primer- smashbox. rimmel's works ok too if you don't want to spend a lot of money
blush rimmel london
bronzer (if you wear it)- maybelline
powder- neutragena
eyeshadow- covergirl
eyeliner- covergirl perfect point
mascara- covergirl lash blast luxe
lipgloss- rimmel london sweet jelly
lipstick- maybelline
you can go to victoria secret, i like there scents. really it's all about what you like best though. just buy a brush kit. it should come with all the brushes you need. also if you don't like brushes for liquid foundation, you can try a sponge. alveeno makes good lotion. for skin care, buy one that's for your skin type. if you have oily skin, buy one for oily skin. skin care is different for everyone (tons of stuff makes me break out but i know people who can use just about anything and there skin looks great) so skin care is really a matter of trial and error. for hair products i recommend biolage from matrix. this stuff works great. for less expensive hair products, i recommend aussie. stay away from suave and herbal essences. both of those wrecked my hair.
eyeshadow colors- green (any green), dark purple, light brown, dark brown and gold. stay away from blues or overly shimmery pinks. also be careful about the purple you pick because it can make you look like you have a black eye (this has happend to me a few times) you can try the smokey eye look, but it's better for blue eyes. on green eyes it doesn't look bad, but there's better looks.
eyeliner- green, black, brown, dark brown, gray, and gold are supposed to be good for green eyes. stay away from blues.
lipgloss- berries and you can also wear red lips if you like. you can wear pinks, but make sure there not too shimmery.

i'd use brown shimmers and purple/ plum eyeshadow's since you have green eyes. those colors will really make your eyes pop. i really like mary kaye mascara and cheap liquid liner seems to work nice on me. mascara is def a must have! for your eyeshadow get like 2 brushes for each color pallet.
Well it all depends on how much you wear I guess when it comes to quantity, it's always good to have a couple of eyeshadow brushes.
You should try Glazewear Liquid Lip Color for lipgloss it's freakin amazing! and as for perfumes All my clients love Imari Seduction.
My Glimmersticks Eye Liners are my #1 sellers for eye liners. As for eyeshadows a lot of clients buy the 8-in-1 eye palettes. If you're out and about a lot you should try Magix Face Perfector because it protects your skin from sun damage which can cause discoloration later. It starts white then changes the color of your skin tone!

Lip Gloss--- I recommend one LipFusion lip plumper for lip gloss. They are the best lipgloss/plumper I have ever used, very unsticky. They are a bit pricey - 40 dollars for one tube. If you want to spend less than that, get a Kiehl's chapstick. They go on shiny.

Kiehl's:

Eyeshadow-- I would recommend Urban Decay's ';Get Baked'; Palette.
Eyeshadow Brushes-- You really only need one good one of these. I use bareMinerals double sided. I don't think they sell them anymore, but what you need is something that looks like this:

and something that looks like this:

Eyeliner: Black and brown are the ones I use :) Liquid for the black and pencil for the brown.
Hair: Just a curler... I'm hoping your hair is long, it will look good that way.
Lotion: I use LaVanilla. http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P191003%26amp;categoryId=C16290
