In my 40's and want good skin care program that does what's promised. Who has the better quality makeup mary kay or beauty control?

Ifyou try the skincare for 10 days and do not like it you get 100% of your money back. They GUARANTEE their products. I have yet to have a customer return. The 10 days are important too because if you're switching from an animal-based product to our plant-based products your skin may react a little differently for the first few days. Regarding makeup:
