I love Sephora....I don't know if it has comments, but they give they're rating on products and its usally really good. It also has the top product list, so you can see what product is good. Orders over a certain amount ship free, and i get the shipment like 3 days from when i order it online, its awesome.
amazon.com is good for testimonials and ratings although I don't really buy beauty products from there.
